Employment Testing Center of Wyoming is founded on 50+ years of combined experience with occupational testing in the Powder River Basin. Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Employment Testing Technicians are a WorkWell certified team. WorkWell is a world-leader in musculoskeletal care for organizations with a safety-first culture. The model utilized by WorkWell aims to identify risks, prevent workplace injury, keep workers healthy, and return employees back to work safely when necessary. These systems are evidence-based with proven results—reductions of workplace injuries of up to 50% have been reported. This is a proactive system of workplace safety improvement.

Megan Bailey, AAS

Megan is one of the Co- Owners of Employment Testing Center of Wyoming. She is born and raised here in Gillette, Wy. Megan also received her Associates of Science degree and her Associates of General studies degree here at Gillette College. She has found so much joy in helping people find jobs and helping them become a better version of themselves. Megan is married to Phillip, and they have one beautiful daughter Amelia. They have three dogs: Penelope, Maggie and Ruby. In her free time they like spend time with family, fish and camp up in the Big Horn Mountains.

Certifications:

Drug testing Certified: Urine, Hair Follicle, Saliva, and Breath Alcohol (BAT). DOT and NON-DOT drug testing. NIOSH-Certified Spirometry Technologist. WorkWell Training: FJA/FJD/PWS, CAOHC (Hearing Tech), Vision Tech, EKG Tech, and is a Notary Public.

Roy Buchanan, MS

Roy Buchanan is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota. He moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 2010 and is now happy to call it his home. It is here in Gillette that he met his beautiful wife, Theresa Buchanan. Depending on the season, they both enjoy hiking, backpacking, and snowshoeing together. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, Roy is quite passionate about exercise-related practices and self-improvement. At Employment Testing Center of Wyoming, the aim of these practices is well-directed toward health and occupational outcomes. Roy also operates Strength Training of Wyoming, where he works with junior high and high school athletes as well as provides personal training services for adult clients with a variety of goals.

Certifications/Competencies:

Certified Exercise Physiologist via the American College of Sports Medicine. WorkWell certified in Functional Job Analysis, Functional Job Descriptions, and Pre-Employment Screening processes. DOT and Non-DOT drug testing certified including urinalysis, hair, saliva, and breath alcohol. Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist via the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. NIOSH-Certified Spirometry Technologist. Roy also conducts vision tests, electrocardiograms, and oversees random drug testing programs.

Alison Brady, PA-C

Alison is a Physician Assistant who has been practicing in Gillette since 2011. She earned her Master of Health Science degree at the Duke University Physician Assistant Program in Durham, NC. Prior to this, she studied Medical Microbiology at the University of Wyoming, earning a Bachelor of Science.

Alison's parents may not be Wyoming natives but they were determined to change that for their future grandchildren. Her parents both studied at the University of Wyoming but were relocated to Illinois for a job. Alison was raised in Pekin, IL but moved to Laramie for college in 2003. This is where she met her husband, Zane, who is a Gillette native and who currently manages his family business, Sunshine Custom Paint and Body.  They have two daughters, Juliana and Adeline.

Alison moved to Gillette after PA school and worked at the CCH Walk-In Clinic for 3 years. She then took a job at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Urgent Care and Emergency Department and commuted there for 3 years of invaluable emergency medicine experience. In 2016, she accepted a job in primary care with Dr. Jim Naramore at Family Health of Gillette. She worked there until late 2020 when she took some time off to raise her children.

In addition to offering DOT and other employment exams here at Employment Testing Center, Alison owns Thrive Functional Medicine and is also the Medical Director for Revival IV Hydration.

Heather Reede, RN, CM

Heather is a Registered Nurse and Employment Testing Center of Wyoming’s Nurse Case Manager. Heather and her husband, Garrett moved to Gillette in 2007, from the Black Hills. With a passion for nursing and hard work, she earned her BSN from Presentation College, in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Before joining our Employment Testing Center of Wyoming family, Heather spent the majority of her nursing career in Public Health. 

Together, Heather and Garrett have two lovely daughters, Emily and Ella.

As a family, they stay extremely busy with all kinds of activities. If they aren't running in every direction for sports, they are working on home renovations and spending time at the lake, camping and boating. 

Bobby Ingram, Co-Owner

Bobby is one of the Owners of Employment Testing Center of Wyoming and has lived in Campbell County for over 30 years. He spent his 45-year career working in the explosives industry, most of that time working with surface coal mines in MT, WY and ND. Bobby also has spent over 35 years as a sports official for high school/American Legion baseball, high school/college basketball and high school football. You can find Bobby at the Campbell County Recreation Center in the mornings Monday-Friday. He is married to Jolie Ingram, who is the Operations Manager/Insurance Specialist for the Hand Therapy of Wyoming clinics. They enjoy riding their Harley in the riding months, relaxing on the deck, working in the yard and spending time with friends and family.
